About the projectClarins needed to upgrade their in-store consultation process and were looking to digitize the conversations that Clarins Beauty Advisers were having with their customers, moving away from the paper-based method of recording sales.
To design and develop an iPad app for Clarins Beauty Advisors during their interactions with their customers in-store. From a UX perspective, not only did the app need to be built from the ground up to offer a smart new experience for the BAs and customers alike, it also needed to integrate with the BAs’ established sales dialogue patterns to naturally follow their conversations and lead to sales conversion.
The app allowed Clarins to collect much more data than before. The app was also a hit with Beauty Advisors, too, and it’s now rolling out to Clarins concessions nationwide.
